    Dominion Energy has signed a deal with Ullico Inc. to sell their Hope Gas, Inc. (aka Dominion Energy West Virginia) subsidiary in West Virginia for $690 million. The deal should close in late-2022. Hope Gas currently serves 111,000 customers across West Virginia and delivers gas via 3,200 miles of distribution pipeline and 2,000 miles of gathering line.
